仪表板设计中除霜风道设计是其最重要的设计之一。阐述了仪表板除霜风道设计的主要思路:先确定燃烧点位置、吹风方向、格栅位置、格栅长度及分布等关键要素,再进行结构设计,并简明介绍了各风口分风比、格栅出口处气流速度、风挡玻璃表面风速分布等相关CFD指标,以此保证仪表板除霜风道的最优化设计,为整车的除霜功能打下坚实的基础。
The design of defrosting duct is one of the most important part in dashboard design.This article focuses on the main ideas of dashboard defrost duct design:determine the location of the combustion point,blowing direction,grille position,grid length and distribution,and then begin the structural design.And the article related CFD target to ensure optimal design for the dashboard defrost duct defrost function,and make great contribution to the vehicle defrost.
