A Study of On-machine Measurement Technology for NC Manufacturing

摘要 在线测量技术,有助于大幅度提高生产效率,在不具备在线测量功能的设备上,可以进行在位测量测量技术探索,即在加工完成后,不必移开零件,利用数控机床的资源,加装测量传感器,进行零件的单一重要尺寸的测量。在数控机床上,利用设备高精度的旋转主轴,辅以通用测量传感器,完成了零件同轴度误差(偏心)的测量,也找到了测量误差来源,并提出了以高垂直性定位减小测量误差的解决方法。通过测试数据比对,证明该测试方法有效可行,也证明在位测量在保证检测精度的前提下,亦能提高生产效率。 On-line measurement technology,afford greatly incresed productivity in manufacturing.for the machine which is short of function for on-line measurement,we are satring on the study of on-machine measurement technology,which measure for a single and important dimension make use of sensor base on the exact principal axis of NC machine.in fact,the measuring of coaxial error is carried on by on-machine measurement technology on trial,then we find out the error source of measurement,and the method for avoidance is position the workpiece by excellent verticality.base on the analysis,it is confirmed the great efficiency and great precision can offer,it is also confirmed to be tellinged for measure method which is on-manchine measurement.
