摘要
根据数控车床内孔车刀和机床结构尺寸设计和制作了数控车床内孔车刀夹具。该夹具在加工零件时不用找正等高,可直接使用。该夹具设计主要包括总体结构设计、主要零件设计及计算、夹具制作三部分。总体结构设计为由定位元件、夹紧装置、夹具与机床连接部分组成。分析了各部分原理和功能,给出了总装示意图和各实物图。在主要零件设计及计算部分,主要分析了设计原理和方法。通过测量数控车床内孔车刀和机床结构的相关尺寸,对其中主要零件内孔车刀夹具块进行了具体设计和计算,给出了零件图和设计计算示意图。夹具制作部分包括了内孔车刀夹具块的制作,并制订了零件的加工工艺。
The author designed and made an internal lathe tool fixture according to the structure and size of internal lathe tool and machine tool for computer numerical control lathe.It can be directly used without finding the contours.The design of fixture consists of the overall structure,the design and computation of main elements,and manufacture of the fixture.The overall structure is designed by the positioning element,the clamping device,the fixture and the machine connection part.We analyze the principle and function of each part,and give the assembly drawing and actual picture.In the design and computation of main elements,we analyze the principles and methods of our design.By measuring relevant dimensions of CNC lathes and machine inner hole tools,we design and compute the main part of inner hole tool fixture with design drawing.The manufacture of the fixture part includes the production of the inside hole tool and the processing technology.
