摘要
盾构刀盘的设计对盾构机切削土体的切削效率起着至关重要的作用。通过对盾构刀盘切刀的仿真研究,为刀盘的地质适应性设计和盾构机掘进参数的确定提供参考。使用UG软件建立了切刀和土体的三维模型,并基于ABAQUS软件对模型进行网格划分与分析,采用修正的Drucker-Prager本构模型和带有单元删除功能的损伤模型,可以较为实际的模拟出土体的材料特性,为建立刀盘掘进的数值模拟提供土体和材料的数值仿真方法。同时结合有限元动态接触的特性,得到了切刀载荷随时间的变化规律。
The design of the shield cutter plays a vital role in the cutting efficiency of the cutting machine.through the simulation of shield cutter,the reference for the cutterhead geological adaptability design and shield machine to determine the parameters is provided.The cutterhead were modelled by the UG software.The model was meshed and simulated by the Abaqus software.In the numerical simulation of the cutting process,the modified Drucker-Prager constitutive model and the damage model with element deletion can be used to simulate the material properties of the soil,and to provide the soil and materials numerical simulation.At thesame time,combined with the characteristics of finite element dynamic contact,the changing rule of cutter load with time is obtained.
