摘要
以堆焊技术为出发点,以稳压器为例进行分析,探讨了堆焊技术在试验装置上应用的可行性,重点分析了压力容器堆焊的几个主要关键问题,包括堆焊方法、母材性能、堆焊材料、堆焊层内壁开孔和压力容器制造厂的堆焊工艺,以确保低合金钢+堆焊不锈钢的可操作性,同时满足试验设备的热容要求。
Taking surfacing technology as the starting point,illustrated by the case of pressurizer,feasibility of application of surfacing technology on test device has been explored,for several key issues(including surfacing welding method,base metal performance,surfacing material,inner wall opening on surfacing layer,surfacing technology of manufacturers)have been analysised,to ensure maneuverability of low alloy steel and stainless steels for surfacing welding,also meet the heat capacity requirement of test equipment.
