摘要
通过对五轴联动数控铣床系统进行分析,建立起数控机床伺服系统带负载时的动态性能模型,推导出其控制流程图,设计开发出五轴联动数控机床伺服系统动态性能的仿真平台,然后对平台进行验证分析,以所研制的五坐标卧式加工中心其转台伺服轴为验证对象,对其速度环利用动态性能平台进行优化,分析结果,从而对五轴联动数控机床伺服系统仿真平台实用性能进行验证,迅速地为数控机床伺服系统的调试提供可靠依据,实现了高速度、高精度数控机床伺服控制的要求。
Based on analysis about performance of a five-axis CNC machine,using the MATLAB simulink,this paper provided a control method which can realize the dynamic performance simulink of the servo system,thus we can achieve the high-speed and high-precision requirement of the servo control system.And taking the servo turn table of the five-axis CNC machine as the confirmation object,its speed-regulating system was analysed and optimized with the simulation analysis research.So the simulation system was verified and analyzed through simulation.
