摘要
本文研究了电子束辐照和加热条件下正交相MoO_3的相变。利用透射电子显微学研究表明:(1)电子束辐照使MoO_3相变生成具有面心立方结构的MoO,两相之间取向关系为[010]MoO_3//[010]Mo O,(200)MoO_3//(200)Mo O;(2)MoO_3在873 K时相变生成单斜相的MoO_2,在相变产物中首次发现了具有(0 11)孪晶的MoO_2纳米颗粒。研究结果使之对MoO_3在不同环境下的相变有了更深入的了解。
In this work,the influences of electron beam irradiation and temperature on the phase transition of orthorhombic MoO3were studied by transmission electron microscopy.The results indicated that:(1)MoO with face-centered cubic structure was generated from MoOg by electron beam irradiation and the orientation relationship between the two phases is:[010]MoO3//[010],(200)MoO3//(200)MoO;(2)At873K,MoO』phase transformed to monoclinic MoO.phase,with novel(011)twinning structure.The results provide a deeper understanding of phase transition of MoO3under different conditions.
