渣油加氢C101C氢气压缩机三级缸故障原因分析

摘要 渣油加氢压缩机是炼油装置的核心设备之一,在运行过程中三级缸存在活塞环、缸套磨损快等故障,停机检修频率很高,严重影响生产稳定运行。针对该机组故障产生的原因进行分析,提出了具体的技术改造措施。通过对机组的技术改造,较好地解决了压缩机三级缸的故障。 The residue hydrogenation compressors C101C is one of the core equipment in oil refining device.The question that level3cylinder piston ring and cylinder liner soon wear away exists in the running process,so the frequency of the machine halt is very high,it has serious influence on production and smooth operation.The unit fault reasons are analyzed and the specific technical modification measures are put forward.Through the technological transformation of the unit,the question above is better solved.
