摘要
借助LabVIEW软件平台,在加速度传感器、信号调理器、数据采集卡及计算机等硬件资源基础上,设计了一套冲击振动信号监测系统,着重开发设计了冲击振动信号分析系统,对振动信号在时域观察其波形,利用统计学得到信号在时域里的特征参数,在频域得到相频谱、幅频谱、自功率谱,并对信号进行自相关分析。
With the aid of the LabVIEW software platform,based on the acceleration sensor,data acquisition card and computer hardware resources,this paper designs an impact vibration signal monitoring system and this signal analysis system which is used to observe the vibration signal waveform and the characteristics of the signal obtained by statistics in the time domain and get the phase spectrum,amplitude spectrum and power spectrum in the frequency domain and do the analysis of the signal autocorrelation.
