浙江地方萝卜种质资源农艺性状研究

Study on Agronomic Traits of Local Radish Germplasm Resources in Zhejiang Province

为了开展地方种质资源的研究和促进萝卜的品质育种,以浙江省17个萝卜地方品种为试材,调查其农艺性状和测定肉质根营养品质性状,并进行聚类分析。结果表明,这17个萝卜农艺性状变异大,类型丰富;肉质根品质性状较好,可溶性固形物、可溶性糖含量变异系数不大,可溶性蛋白质含量变异系数为26.34%,为3个性状中最大;农艺性状间以及品质性状与农艺性状间存在显著的相关性。Q型聚类分析发现,这17份浙江萝卜地方品种可分为典型的三大类,各类间差异明显。

In order to develop local germplasm resources research and promote the quality breeding of radish,17radish cultivars in Zhejiang were conducted as experimental materials in which the agronomic traits and nutrient quality wereinvestigated,and radish germplasms were clustered.The results showed that agronomic traits of17radishes were varied largely and classified various types.Furthermore,fleshy root quality traits of the germplasms were good.The variations of soluble solids content and soluble sugar content in dried root samples were not large.The variation coefficient of soluble protein content was26.34%which was the biggest in the three traits.Significant relationships among agronomic traits and between quality traits and agronomic traits were found.By using Q-dendrogram analysis,the17Zhejiang local radish materials could be classified into three types with large variations.
