摘要
自然界中伴生于磷矿的稀土元素大都品位较低,但因储量巨大,具有很高的开发利用价值。受稀土自身的赋存状态、晶体结构和人类科技水平的限制,从含稀土磷矿中回收稀土元素的工艺尚未达到工业化的水平。系统总结了伴生稀土磷矿富集和分离的方法,指出了伴生稀土磷矿资源开发的技术瓶颈问题,展望了未来从含稀土磷矿中回收稀土可能的技术。含稀土磷矿富集和分离关键技术问题的解决,将为稀土资源的开发利用开辟出新的途径。
The grade of rare earth in rare earth-containing phosphorite is low in nature,but its reserves are abundant,which offer a high potential for exploitation.Limited to occurrence state of rare earth,crystal structure,and the current scientific and technological level,the industrial recovery of rare earth from phosphorite has not been realized till now.This paper systematically summarized the different methods of concentration and separation of rare earth from phosphorite,and pointed out the bottlenecks that limiting the utilization of rare earth-containing phosphorite resource.Furthermore,the possible technologies for recovery were introduced.The solutions to key issues of concentration and separation will provide more new approaches for the development and utilization of rare earth resource.
