摘要
以丙烯酰胺(AM)和丙烯酸(AA)为共聚单体,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,过硫酸铵(APS)与亚硫酸氢钠(SHS)为复合引发剂,白油为连续相,以Span80作为乳化剂,以气相二氧化硅作为核,采用反相乳液聚合法合成了具有超低界面张力的含有无机核的聚合物微球封堵剂,并对其膨胀性、界面张力、耐盐性、稳定性等性能进行了分析,结果表明,此封堵剂是一种以气相二氧化硅为核的新型聚合物微球,该微球可从初始粒径423.7nm膨胀到5μm,界面张力可达到10^(-3) mN/m,耐矿化度可达到60 000mg/L,聚合物微球稳定性能良好.
Using acrylamide(AM)and acrylic acid(AA)as the comonomers,N,N鈥?methylene bis acrylamide(MBA)as crosslinker,ammonium persulfate(APS)and sodium bisulfite(SHS)as composite initiator,white oil as continuous phase,Span80as emulsifier and the fumed silica as core,a novel polyacrylamide microspheres containing inorganic core used for plugging agent was prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization.And the expansibility,interfacial tension,salt tolerance and stability were analyzed.The results showed that the plugging agent is a novel polyacrylamide microspheres with fumed silica inorganic core,its particle size can swell from423.7nm to5渭m,its interfacial tension can reach10-3mN/m and its salts tolerancy is determined as high as60000mg/L.The polyacrylamide microspheres has good stability.
