双小鼠洞离线建立根系统在陆地钻机的应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前陆地钻机建立根存在的效率低及成本高的不足,提出了一种不占用井口的双小鼠洞离线建立根系统。该系统采用双小鼠洞钻台面布局,斜直两用环保型小鼠洞管不仅可以满足不同钻井工况的需求,而且能够缓冲钻杆下放的冲击力及收集钻杆携带的钻井液;采用内部安装轴向推力轴承的十字转向滑轮能够实现给定范围内的整体侧摆转向,可解决钻台面钻杆移运距离较大时出现操作困难、钢丝绳严重偏磨以及钢丝绳缠扭等问题。现场试验结果验证了该系统的高效性和可行性。双小鼠洞离线建立根系统实现了建立根与钻井同时进行,缩短了作业等待时间,提高了作业效率。 In view of the low efficiency and high cost of the existing stand building on land rig,a doublemouse hole stand building offline system that does not occupy the wellhead has been proposed.The system uses the double mouse hole drill floor layout.The vertical and inclined dual-use environmental-friendly mouse hole tube can not only meet the needs of different drilling conditions,but also buffer the impact of drill pipe lowering and collect the drilling fluid.The cross pulley with internal installed axial thrust bearing can allow overall side sway in a given range,so as to address the issue of operation difficulty,serious wire rope wear and wire rope twist caused by longdistance drill pipe shift on drill floor.The field test results verify the efficiency and feasibility of the system.The double-mouse hole stand building offline system allows stand building and drilling at the same time,shortens the waiting time and improves the operating efficiency.
