张力腿平台钻井支持模块结构有限元分析

摘要 为了对张力腿平台上部钻井支持模块进行较为精准的结构有限元分析,必须采用合理的方法模拟张力腿平台的运动对上部模块产生的影响。为此,采用SEASAM软件建立张力腿平台的水动力分析计算模型,通过计算得到张力腿平台X、Y、Z这3个方向的极值加速度和加速度时程曲线。采用ANSYS软件建立该平台上部的钻井支持模块结构有限元模型,以对结构施加惯性力的准静力方法来考虑平台运动对上部模块产生的影响,通过对比分析论证了准静力方法的合理性。最后使用准静力方法对各工况下的钻井支持模块进行结构有限元分析,得出上部钻井支持模块的结构强度和变形均满足要求。研究结果可为张力腿平台上部模块结构设计提供研究思路。 In order to conduct finite element analysis of the drilling support module in the upper part of the tension leg platform,it is necessary to simulate the influence of the movement of the tension leg platform on the upper module by reasonable method.The hydrodynamic analysis model of the tension leg platform has been established by using SEASAM software.The extreme acceleration and acceleration time history curve of tension leg platform in X,Y and Z directions have been calculated.The finite element model of drilling support module structure in the upper part of the platform has been established by ANSYS software,and the rationality of the quasi-static method,which is used to study the influence of platform motion on the upper module,was identified by comparative analysis.The quasi-static method was used to finite element analysis on the structure of the drilling support module under different working conditions.It is concluded that the structural strength and deformation of the drilling support module meet the requirements.The results of the study can provide research ideas for the finite element analysis of the upper module structure of the tension leg platform.
