摘要
文中针对小功率激光热导焊熔池填丝熔入状态图像识别问题,对激光修复填丝熔入熔池状态进行分析,提取填丝熔入熔池非稳态ROI区域圆度和灰度分布特征,与填丝熔入熔池稳定状态特征进行比较,提出将ROI区域圆度和灰度分布特征作为判断焊缝填丝熔入熔池状态的重要判据.利用双视觉热丝小功率激光模具修复试验平台,将提取的裂纹特征信息导入UG NX系统生成数控代码控制激光加工,根据填丝熔入熔池ROI区域特征信息对模具修复加工进行参数控制.结果表明,利用该技术能实现模具修复过程有效监控,提高修复模具修复效率和质量.
This article aims at the problem above image recognition of the state that wire filler melt into the molten pool with heat conduction welding based on heater-miniwatt laser in mold repair,analyzed the state of wire filler melt into the molten pool in laser mould repair,extracted the roundness and grayscale distribution characteristics of the instability of ROI area with wire filler melt into the pool,and compared with the steady state characteristics of wire filler melt into the pool,puts forward regarding the molten pool image of ROI area 's roundness and grayscale distribution characteristics as criterion in judging the state of wire filler melt into the pool. Utilizing the established mould repair experiment platform based on double vision Heater-miniwatt laser,importing the characteristics information of crack into UG NX system to generate NC code and control laser machining,according to the characteristics information of wire filler melt into the molten pool ROI area,achieving the parameter control in mould repair process. Test shows that using this technique can realize effective monitoring in mould repair process,and improve the efficiency and quality of mold repair.
