摘要
介绍了陕西延长石油兴化化工有限公司液氮洗装置的工艺流程,总结了运行初期出现的问题和引发的事故,主要包括因高浓度甲醇进入分子筛而引发的冷箱堵塞事故、因原料气进氮洗塔操作温度过低而引起的冷箱冻裂事故、因低压氮气管网氮气带水导致的分子筛带水事故,以及因火炬气体加热器内漏导致的冷火炬管线爆裂事故。对事故的现象、原因进行了详细的分析,提出了具体的解决办法和防范措施,消除了工艺缺陷和安全隐患,保证了装置长周期稳定运行。
The technical process of liquid nitrogen washing unit of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Xinghua Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.is presented,and the emerging problems and the accidents caused by the problems during the initial stage of liquid nitrogen washing unit running are summarized.Some typical accidents are enumerated including ice chest blocking caused by high content methanol entering molecular sieve,ice chest frost cracking led by excessive low operating temperature of feed gas entering nitrogen washing tower,molecular sieve with water accident caused by nitrogen containing water in low pressure nitrogen pipe net,and bursting accident of cold torch pipeline caused by inner leaking of torch gas heating exchanger.The phenomena and reasons of the accidents are analyzed in detail,and the specific solutions and precautionary measures are proposed,and the process defects and potential safety hazard are eliminated,which ensures long period and stable operation of the liquid nitrogen washing unit.
