摘要
目的:研究巴林特小组技术对医学生共情能力和人际信任能力的干预效果。方法:前期系统筛查出30名共情技能不足的医学生均分为对照组和实验组,对实验组开展巴林特小组活动。干预8周后使用大学生共情技能问卷和人际信任量表评价效果。结果:两组在共情技能总体评定和人际信任水平方面评定比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:巴林特小组技术可以有效提高医学生共情能力和人际信任能力。
To study the interventional effect of the Balint group technology on medical students'empathy ability and interpersonal trust ability.Methods:Thirty medical students with insufficient empathy skills screened out by upfront system were divided into control group and experimental group,and the Balint group activities were carried out in the experimental group.After8week intervention,the college students empathy skills questionnaire and interpersonal trust scale were used to evaluate the effect.Results:There was significant difference between the two groups in the overall assessment of empathy skills and the level of interpersonal trust(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Balint group technology can effectively improve medical students'empathy ability and interpersonal trust ability.
