基于健康中国趋势下的社区护理教学思考

Discussion on Community Nursing Teaching under the Trend of Healthy China

随着人口老龄化以及疾病谱、生态环境、生活方式不断变化带来的新挑战,国家把人民健康放在优先发展的战略地位。积极完善社区医疗等公共卫生服务,推行健康文明的生活方式,才能更好满足人民群众的健康需求。社区护理是社区医疗的重要组成部分,目前社区护理人员的短缺、系统化知识的不足等现状严重影响与制约了社区卫生服务的质量。要解决这一供需矛盾,积极完善社区护理人才培养体系至关重要。而人才的培养依托课程体系的设置和教师授课质量的提高,本文结合当前职业教育内涵与要求,从社区护理课程的设置和教学现状入手,分析了社区护理课程改革的方向,以期为广大社区护理教育者提供参考。

With the aging of the population and the new challenges brought about by the changes in the spectrum of diseases,the ecological environment and the lifestyle,the state has placed the people's health in the strategic position of priority development.In order to better meet the health needs of the people,we should actively improve public health services such as community medical care and advocate a healthy and civilized lifestyle.Community nursing is an important part of community health care.At present,the shortage of community nursing staff and the lack of systematic knowledge have seriously affected and restricted the quality of community health service.To solve this contradiction between supply and demand,it is essential to improve the community nursing personnel training system actively.The cultivation of talents depends on the setting of curriculum system and the improvement of teachers'teaching quality.Combined with the connotation and requirements of the current vocational education,the paper analyzes the community nursing curriculum reform starting from the current situation of community nursing curriculum setting and teaching in order to provide reference for community nursing educators.
