摘要
概述了飞灰熔融技术,分析对比了高温熔融各种熔融方法的原理、运行参数和费用,阐述了高温熔融技术特点,并以电热式熔融为例分析了建设投资和运行费用,综合考虑飞灰高温熔融技术的优缺点的基础上,指出该项技术的实施需谨慎。
The technology of fly ash melting was reviewed.The mechanism,operating parameters,cost and characteristics of all the high temperature melting technologies were compared.Taking electro-thermal melting as an example,the project construction investment as well as the operating cost was furthermore analyzed.Finally,it was pointed out that the electro-thermal melting technology should be applied into practice with caution,depending on its advantages and disadvantages.
