摘要
以实现检测线带尺自动测量为目标,采用线阵CCD自动测量系统,设计实施了一套带尺自动测量系统,通过与人工测量数据的详细对比,表明该带尺自动测量系统克服了人工测量带来的不利影响,具有高精度、高速度、稳定可靠等优点,在保证产品质量的前期下精简了工作人员,提高了经济效益。
In order to realize the automatic measurement of wheel size,the automatic measuring system with linear array CCD is designed.The comparison of automatic measurement data and manual measurement data shows that the system overcomes the adverse effects o f manual measurement and has the advantages of high precision,high speed,stability and reliability.The system reduces the staff under the premise of ensuring product quality and improves the economic benefit.
