基于模糊理论的环行起重机卷筒体可靠性计算

摘要 为了保障安全生产,卷筒体作为起升机构的核心部件,在设计过程中必须对其进行可靠性计算。以模糊理论为基础,选取合适的隶属函数,以强度计算为基础,对核电站环行起重机卷筒体进行可靠性计算,为设计优化提供基础。在选用合适隶属函数的基础上,将零件失效成为模糊成渐变的一个过程,模糊可靠性计算能在一定程度上改善传统可靠性设计人为因素引起的误差或不准确性,是对常规可靠性设计的补充。并指出在设计时应合理地确定各零部件的厚度及尺寸,既要能够提高环行起重机整体可靠性,又要能够做到设计优化,以避免出现故障甚至导致安全事故。 As the core part of the lifting mechanism,the reliability calculation of drum must be carried out in the design process.In this paper,based on fuzzy theory,the proper membership function is selected,and the reliability calculation of the circular crane drum of nuclear power station is carried out on the basis of strength calculation,which provides the basis for the design optimization.On the basis of proper membership function,part failure is treated as a process of gradual change and it reduces the error caused by human factors of traditional reliability design and ensures the accuracy.In order to avoid accidents caused by failures,this paper points out that it is necessary to determine the thickness and size of each component reasonably,so as to improve the overall reliability of the crane and optimize the design.
