司机室空调检修试验和压缩机故障分析

本文针对HXD2B型电力机车司机室空调在检修或调试过程中遇到的常见压缩机不能启动的典型故障问题,结合PLC故障代码对其产生的原因进行了分析和判断,提出了电力机车司机室空调常见问题的一般处理步骤,为以后机车调试或实际运行存在的故障处理提供参考。

In view of the typical faults of compressor starting failure in the process of air conditioning overhaul of HXD2B electric locomotive cab,this paper analyses the reasons based on PLC fault code and puts forward general processing steps.It provides references for locomotive debugging and fault treatment.
