黄芪注射液联合思密达对慢性腹泻患儿免疫功能的影响

Effect of astragalus injection combined with Smecta on immunologic function in children with chronic diarrhea

目的观察黄芪注射液联合思密达对慢性腹泻患儿免疫功能的影响。方法 2015年1月至2016年8月朝阳市第二医院儿科收治住院的慢性腹泻患儿60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组给予口服思密达治疗,观察组给予口服思密达联合静脉滴注黄芪注射液治疗。两组均治疗10d。观察治疗后疗效及血清免疫球蛋白含量。结果观察组临床总效率为96.7%(29/30),显著高于对照组73.3%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患儿治疗后血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM含量均显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM含量显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芪注射液联合思密达治疗小儿慢性腹泻能明显改善免疫功能,提高疗效。

ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of combined treatment with astragalus injection and Smecta on immunologic function in children with chronic diarrhea.MethodsSixty children with chronic diarrhea admitted to Department of Pediatrics,the Second Hospital of Chaoyang from January2015to August2016,were included and equally randomized into treatment group and control group(n=30).Oral treatment with Smecta was given for10days in the control group,and the oral treatment with Smecta combined with intravenous injection of astragalus injection was given for10days in the treatment group.The treatment efficacy and serum immunoglobulin content after treatment were observed.ResultsThe total effective rate in the treatment group(96.7%,29/30)was significantly higher than that in the control group(73.3%,22/30)(P<0.01).The levels of serum immunoglobulin IgA,IgG and IgM in the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of serum immunoglobulin IgA,IgG and IgM in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionCombined treatment with astragalus injection and Smecta can improve immunologic function and therapeutic effects in children with chronic diarrhea.
