重组人表皮生长因子治疗小儿疱疹性口龈炎疗效观察

Observation on the effects of recombinant human epidermal growth factor in treatment of infantile herpetic gingivitis

目的观察重组人表皮生长因子治疗小儿疱疹性口龈炎的临床效果。方法 2014年3月至2016年9月湖南省儿童医院感染科收治住院的疱疹性口龈炎患儿60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予单磷酸阿糖腺苷抗病毒治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用重组人表皮生长因子——金因肽喷雾剂直接喷在口腔、牙龈等患处。两组均治疗7d,比较两组临床疗效及牙龈红肿消退时间,开始进食时间,溃疡、疱疹愈合时间。结果观察组总有效率为93.3%(28/30),显著高于对照,73.3%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在牙龈红肿消退时间,开始进食时间,溃疡、疱疹愈合时间方面均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合重组人表皮生长因子治疗小儿疱疹性口龈炎效果优于单用单磷酸阿糖腺苷,药物毒副作用少、易于患儿接受,值得临床应用推广。

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor in the treatment of children with herpetic gingivitis.MethodsTotally60children with herpetic gingivitis treated in Hunan Children's Hospital from Mar.2014to Sep.2016were randomly divided into two groups:30in control group and30in observation group.Both groups were given antivirus treatment with adenosine monophosphate,and the observation group was also given recombinant human epidermal growth factor--Jinyintai spray,which was sprayed in the oral cavity and on gingiva.The treatment lasted for7days.Compare the clinical effect,the time of recession of gum swelling and beginning to eat,and the healing time of ulcer and herpes.ResultsThe total effective rate of observation group was93.3%(28/30),significantly higher than that of control group(73.3%,22/30),and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).All the above mentioned time was shorter in the observation group,and the difference was statistical(P<0.05).ConclusionAdenosine monophoshate combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor is better than adenosine monophosphate alone in the treatment of children with herpetic gingivitis,and there is fewer adverse reactions,which is easy for children to accept and worthy of clinical application.
