基于“五音疗法”的综合护理对抑郁症患者治疗依从性影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing based on “five-tone therapy” on treatment compliance of patients with depression

目的观察基于"五音疗法"的综合护理对抑郁症患者服药治疗依从性的影响。方法选取符合ICD-10诊断标准的患者94例,随机分为治疗组48和对照组46例。治疗组给予基于"五音疗法"的综合护理干预,对照组只给予一般综合护理,两组分别于基线、第24周、第48周进行随访并记录每位患者的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、生存质量测定量表(BREF)、自杀态度问卷(QSA)、治疗副反应量表(TESS)评分,复发率。结果护理48周后治疗组HAMD评分、SAS评分、BREF评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组TESS评分低于对照组,但差异不明显(P>0.05);治疗组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基于"五音疗法"的综合护理可以提高抑郁症患者治疗的依从性,有益于缓解精神症状、提高生活质量、恢复社会功能、预防复发。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing based on"five-tone therapy"on the compliance of medication in patients with depression.Methods94patients in line with IC D-10diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(n=48)and control group(n=46).The treatment group received comprehensive nursing care based on"five-tone therapy".The control group received only general care.The two groups were followed up at baseline,week24and week48,and the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Anxiety Self-Rating Scale(SAS),Survival Quality Measurement Scale(BREF),Suicide Attitude Questionnaire(QSA),Treatment Side Reaction Scale(TESS)and recurrence rate were recorded.Results The HAMD score,SAS score and BR EF score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group after48weeks of care(P<0.05).The TESS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing based on"five-tone therapy"can improve the treatment compliance of patients with depression,which is helpful to relieve mental symptoms,improve the quality of life,restore social function and prevent recurrence.
