肿瘤化疗患者出院后护理随访管理对策

Management strategy of nursing follow-up for patients receiving tumor chemotherapy after discharge

目的探讨肿瘤化疗患者出院后护理随访的意义及对策。方法选取2012年1月~2015年12月在本院住院的122例肿瘤化疗患者,随机分成随访组(62例)与对照组(60例),随访组患者出院1周内进行首次护理随访。观察和评价两组患者再次进行化疗时的精神状态(乐观开朗、焦虑抑郁悲伤、无反应)、营养状态(正常、较差、差)、入院时间(准时、延期、未再次化疗)。结果随访组患者乐观开朗者(80.7%)明显高于对照组(33.3%)(P<0.05);随访组身体营养状态正常者(79.0%)明显高于对照组(48.3%)(P<0.05);随访组准时接受再次化疗比例(85.5%)明显高于对照组(58.3%)(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤化疗患者出院后护理随访,对患者出院后的饮食、心理及功能锻炼等进行持续地护理和指导,能使患者的生活质量得到全面提高、精神状态明显改善。

Objective To investigate the significance and countermeasures of nursing follow-up in patients receiving tumor chemotherapy after discharge.Methods A total of122hospitalized patients receiving tumor chemotherapy in our hospital from January2012to December2015were selected.They were randomly divided into follow-up group(n=62)and control group(n=60).Follow-up group was given initial nursing follow-up within a week after discharge;the mental state(optimistic and cheerful,anxious,depressed and sad,no response)of the patient receiving re-chemotherapy,nutritional status during the re-chemotherapy(normal,relatively poor,poor),and admission time during re-chemotherapy(on time,delayed,re-chemotherapy not received)were observed and evaluated.Results The ratio of patients who were optimistic and cheerful in the follow-up group(80.7%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(33.3%)(P<0.05);the ratio of patients with normal nutritional status in the follow-up group(79.0%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(48.3%)(P<0.05);the ratio of patients receiving re-chemotherapy on time in the follow-up group(85.5%)was also significantly higher than that in the control group(58.3%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing followup for the patients receiving tumor chemotherapy after discharge can provide continuous nursing and guidance on the diet,psychological and functional exercises after discharge,which can make the patients'quality of life be fully improved,and the mental state be improved significantly.
