改性稻草保水剂的制备和性能研究

摘要 以稻草、丙烯酸(AA)单体为接枝共聚原料,以N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,过硫酸钠为引发剂,合成新型农用保水剂,并对保水剂吸水性能影响因素进行分析。结果表明,当固定稻草为2g、单体丙烯酸14g时,最佳反应条件为:预处理稻草碱液的浓度为18%,引发剂用量为1.7%,交联剂用量为0.35%,反应温度为75℃,丙烯酸中和度为60%。红外光谱图表明接枝聚合成功,泥土和泥沙中的模拟试验结果显示改性稻草保水剂对提高土壤蓄水能力和缓解土壤水分的蒸发具有明显的效果。 A novel super-absorbent hydro-gels is synthesized based on chemically modified pulverized straw and acrylic acid(AA)in aqueous solution by using N,N-methylenebisacrylamide(MSA)as a cross-linker and ammonium persulfate(APS)as an initiator.Factors influencing water absorbency of the super-absorbent composite are investigated.The results show that when the straw is 2g and acrylic acid is 14 g,the optimum reaction conditions include that the pretreatment of straw alkali concentration is 18%,the initiator is 1.7% by weight of the monomer,and the cross linking agent is 0.35%,the reaction temperature is at 75℃,acrylic acid neutralization degree is 65%.The IR spectra of products show that graft polymerization is successful.As the product is simulated in soil and sediment,the results show that it has a significant effect on improving the water storage capacity of soil and reducing soil moisture evaporation.
