摘要
针对示范专业建设存在的专业与行业的粘合度不强、校企合作深度不够、专业教学团队战斗力不足的典型问题,将现代学徒制中的合理因素应用到后示范专业建设中,探索现代学徒制在高职院校专业建设中的应用措施。以滁州职业技术学院软件技术专业建设为例,对现代学徒制为背景的软件技术专业建设成效进行对比分析,发现专业对口就业率、初入职毕业生对薪资的满意度有明显提高。说明现代学徒制在后示范专业建设中的应用是可行的。
In view of the lack of adhesion of the professional and industry in the construction of the demonstration major,the typical problems of the lack of cooperation depth of the school enterprises and the lack of combat effectiveness of the professional teaching teams;By introducing the reasonable factors in the modern apprenticeship system,this paper explores the specific measures of the application of modern apprenticeship in the professional construction of higher vocational colleges.Taking the construction of Chuzhou Vocational and Technical College software technology major as an example,to the modern apprenticeship under the background of software technology specialty construction effect were analyzed,found that professing employment,recruits graduates on pay satisfaction has improved obviously;The application of modern apprenticeship in the post-demonstration construction is feasible.
