摘要
针对高职生人际关系敏感、焦虑、人格障碍等常见心理问题,采用团体沙盘游戏疗法进行个案干预研究。实验被试是由6人组成的异质团体,通过8次的团体沙盘游戏进行治疗。辅导前后分别采用90项表症状自评量表、人际信任量表、自我接纳问卷进行评估,结果显示:对SCL-90的焦虑、抑郁、偏执、敌对因子有显著影响,对个体的人际信任、自我接纳都有显著影响,而在积极心理品质希望和乐观方面没有明显差异。
In view of the common psychological problems such as interpersonal relationship,anxiety and personality disorder among the students in vocational colleges,the Group Sand-table Game therapy is used to study the case intervention.The experiment was conducted by a6-person heterogeneous group,through a8-time group sand table game.Before and after the experiment,90symptom self-assessment Scale,interpersonal trust scale and self acceptance questionnaire are adopted respectively for evaluation.The results show that the anxiety,depression,paranoid and antagonistic factors in SCL-90have significant impact on individual interpersonal trust and self acceptance,but with no significant difference in positive psychological quality,i.e.hope and optimism.
