论我国当代大学精神建构的伦理诉求

On the Moral Appeals for the Construction of University Spirit in Contemporary China

大学精神是大学的基本价值理念,是大学人的精神共识。大学精神经过了东西方古代大学精神、欧洲古典大学精神和美国近现代大学精神的演变过程,中国当代大学精神是在批判继承三者的基础上形成的。大学精神天然地具有伦理属性和伦理诉求,具有道德激励和价值导向功能以及完善自我的道德实践性。当代大学精神建构面临着道德信仰危机、精神消解、精神品格危机、道德责任危机等伦理问题,给大学精神建构带来了新的问题和挑战。大学精神建构应以道德为基础,体现完善人格、崇真求善、明德守法的基本伦理诉求。

University Spirit as the academic spiritual consensus is the basic value of university.The spirit of University is formed on the basis of criticizing and inheriting the spirit of Eastern and Western Ancient University,the spirit of European Classical University and modern American University spirit.University spirit naturally has the ethical attribute and appeals,with the function of moral stimulation and value guidance,and moral applicability in perfecting the ego.It is faced the ethical problems such as moral belief crisis,spiritual disillusion,spiritual character crisis and moral responsibility crisis,which brings new problems and challenges to the construction of university spirit.The construction of university spirit should be based on morality,embody the basic ethical demands of perfecting personality,seeking goodness and obeying the law.
