Language Common-Core and Inner-Core in English for Special Purpose Learning

专门用途英语(ESP)基于通用英语(GE)而产生,GE的良好基础是灵活掌握和运用ESP的前提。本文基于ESP语言共核理论,探讨了如何实现语言共核与内核的协同发展,使不同学科和职业在进行专业信息交流时遵循统一的语言规则和交际技巧,最大限度地发挥语言共核在GE向ESP过渡时期的作用,最终实现学习者对语言内核的深度把握。

Before ESP come into being,GE which has laid a sound foundation for ESP plays an important role in English Teaching Pedagogy.This thesis has discussed Language Common-Core and Inner-Core in ESP,which will provide English learners with a rule to obey when dealing with English languages for special purpose.Ultimately,based on the mastering of language common-core in GE,English language learners can acquire and make good use of different kinds of English related to ESP.
