摘要
飞机在设计阶段,应当考虑供油泵故障情况下燃油系统向发动机的供油能力。文中对供油泵故障时供油管路的气塞现象进行了描述,并根据RP-3航空煤油的特性,结合工程经验公式,通过计算确定抽吸供油时管路内的气液比。最后,在气液比计算的基础上,通过飞行试验对某型飞机抽吸供油工作情况进行了验证。
Once the main fuel supply pump is failed in the air,the fuel flow should still be able to feed to engine continuously in some restricted situation,so that engine could maintain operation and keep the plane return safely.The paper described the air lock phenomenon in fuel supply line relative to fuel pump failure,and a calculation method of vapor liquid ratio of RP3type aviation fuel is discussed.At last,the flight test is conducted to verify suction feed ability under the designed flight envelop.
