摘要
根据不同种类测力传感器接线制,简要阐述3种基本传感器接线方式(四线制、六线制和八线制)的基本原理,对试验件测试产生的结果进行分析论证,证实测力传感器的八线制接线方式比其他两种接线制具有更高的可靠性和安全性。
In this paper,according to different kinds of measuring force sensor wiring system,the basic principles of three basic sensor wiring modes(four wire system,six wire system,eight wire system)are briefly introduced.Through the analysis of the test results,it is proved that the eight wire system has higher reliability and safety than the other two kinds of wiring systems.
