摘要
针对金属材料拉伸力学性能测试领域,分析了手动式楔形拉伸夹具的夹紧方式,发现手动式楔形拉伸夹具存在夹持范围小、夹持试样承受附加轴向力等缺点。研制了一种气动平推式楔形夹具,此夹具具有自动夹持、可靠性高、夹持范围大等特点,同时,能消除试样所受的附加轴向力。
In this paper,the theory of manual wedge giip in the field of material testing machine is discussed.It is found that manual wedge grip has some shortcomings of little clamping scope and axial additional force endured to the samples during clamping process.Then,a new type of pneumatic horizontal pushing wedge grip is developed to solve those problems.The wedge grip can realize autom atic,reliable,extensive clam ping,and can eliminate axial additional force endured to the samples.
