摘要
以带有内翅片的圆柱形相变蓄热单元为研究对象,研究了翅片厚度、翅片宽度、翅片个数、圆柱蓄热单元半径以及蓄热初温对蓄热过程的影响。运用均匀设计方法建立六个蓄热模型并对其进行数值模拟以得到优化模型。结果表明:结构最优的模型完全融化、凝固所用时间分别为32min,40min;增加蓄热单元管壁温度可缩短石蜡完全融化所用时间。
Taking the cylindrical phase change thermal energy storage unit with inner fin as the research object,the factors are researched to know their effect on the melting process,such as the different fin thickness,different fin width,different fin numbers,different radius and temperature of the cylindrical thermal energy storage unit with inner fin And six models which are built with the method of uniform design are simulated to find the optimal structure Comparing the results,it′s found that the full melting,solidification time of paraffin in the best model is32min,40min,respectively;Increasing the wall temperature of the cylindrical phase change thermal energy storage unit with inner fin can shorten the full melting time of paraffin
