摘要
为了海水淡化领域更好地利用低品位能源,在参考前人设计的海水淡化装置基础上,本文设计了一种基于热管传热和降膜蒸发的盐溶液真空水分离装置,实验对氯化钠含量为3%的盐溶液进行水分离,结果表明:该装置采用40~70℃的低品位热源,可实现20~70%的水分离率,为海水淡化技术提供一定的借鉴和数据支持。
In order to use low temperature heat source,a novel salt solution separation device referenced traditional desalination device is developed It includes the heat transfer in heat pipe and falling film evaporation,and artificial seawater with3%saltness is experimented The results show that:low temperature heat source of40~70℃can be used and the water separation rate ranges from20%to70%,providing certain reference for the seawater desalination technology and data support
