摘要
在观察植物表皮实验的教学中,培养学生的创新能力,增加创新性的实验是对教师的一个挑战。在这个实验的教学中,通过置换实验材料,改变观察部位两种方法,对常用实验材料进行了进一步的观察,发现芹菜是一种非常优良的植物学实验材料,可以观察到厚角组织、气孔和纹孔的存在。在芹菜叶轴部位的上表皮同时具有气孔和纹孔的存在,而且观察效果非常好。采用置换实验材料,改变观察部位可以对生物科学基础性实验进行一些改良,增加传统实验的创新性。
How to improve the student′s creativity and increase the number of innovative experiment in usual experiment of viewing the epidermis in plant science is a big challenge for most teachers.We viewed the different place of usual experimental material.It was found that celery is a good material for viewing collenchymas,stoma and pit.Stoma and pit can be found in the upper epidermis of rachis.Replacement of the experimental material and change of observing place can be used to improve the elemental experiment.Replacement of the experimental material and change of observing place can add the innovation of elemental experiment.
