设计性实验开设原则及规范化教学过程探索

Exploration of establish principles and normalization process for the designing experimental teaching

设计性实验作为实验教学的高级形式,在整个高等教育中具有重要地位。设计性实验教学过程应遵循实验命题必须基于已有的知识体系、实验过程以学生为主体以教师为督导、考核须"过程"与"结果"并重3个基本原则;规范化教学过程包括设计性实验选题与任务下达、资料查阅与实验方案拟订、调整优化实验方案、设计性实验的操作过程、实验报告撰写5个方面。以一堂生物制药工艺学设计性实验为实践案例,探讨设计性实验的开设原则和规范化教学过程。

As an advanced form of experimental teaching,designing experiment plays an important role in the whole higher education.The principles of designing experimental teaching include that the experimental proposition must be based on existing knowledge,students leading and teachers steering during the experimental process,examination should be equal to the process and results.The designing experimental teaching based on five standardization processes,including topic selection and task assignment,data access and experimental programming,optimization of the experimental scheme,operation of designing experiment process and experimental report.Taking a pharmaceutical technology designing experiment as a study case,we discussed the establish principles and normalization process for the designing experimental teaching.
