大功率V波段螺旋线行波管慢波结构设计模拟 被引量:2

摘要 针对大功率V波段螺旋线行波管进行了慢波结构的设计,并通过三维电磁模拟软件和三维大信号注波互作用模拟软件对慢波结构的冷特性和注波互作用特性进行了模拟,模拟结果显示,在频带52~62GHz范围内,输出功率大于200 W,增益大于43dB,电子效率大于19%。 Slow-wave structure of high power V-band TWTs is designed.Dispersion characteristics and coupling impedance are simulated by 3D microwave simulation software.Beam-wave interaction characteristic is simulated by 3Dlarge signal interaction software.As the results shown,the designed TWT can produce 200 W output power in 52~62GHz with a gain over 43 dB and electron efficiency over 19%.
