一种径向扩展互作用振荡器结构研究

摘要 提出并研究了一种具有结构紧凑、散热性好、输出功率大等特点的新型扩展互作用结构——径向扩展互作用振荡器(EIO),并推导了小信号理论。利用电磁仿真软件分析了径向EIO高频结构中的谐振特性与场分布,并采用MAGIC粒子模拟软件开展了注波互作用研究。研究结果表明在工作电压为3kV,电流为8.48A时,所设计的径向EIO输出功率达到1.85kW,热腔工作频率为12.84GHz,效率为7.3%。 A radial extended interaction oscillator is presented and corresponding small signal theory is derived in this paper.This new structure has compact size,good heat dissipation and high output power.Electromagnetic simulation software is used to analyze resonance characteristics and field distribution in high frequency structure of the radial EIO,and MAGIC software is used to study beam-wave interaction.The results show that when the operating voltage is 3kV and the current is 8.48 A,the output power of the radial EIO is up to 1.85 kW,the operating frequency of the cavity is 12.84 GHz,and the efficiency is 7.3%.
