摘要
基于微波加热均匀性仿真结果不准确,通过电磁热仿真与实验测试相结合的方法,利用HFSS与Workbench仿真软件,提出了通过寻找最低VSWR对应的磁控管工作频率,改实体仿真模型为含实体门体的空气腔仿真模型,以及实测磁控管工作频率并代入计算的仿真方法来进行改善。由实验结果可以得出:根据国标微波炉加热均匀性‘五杯水’测试方法,选定的某一平台微波炉实测均匀性为71.88%,传统的实体模型的电磁仿真手段,将其结果输出于热仿真得出的加热均匀性为89.16%,改为带实体门体的空气腔模型后仿真加热均匀性为90.16%,通过实测磁控管工作频率代入仿真计算得到的加热均匀性为76.75%,并且在局部热点与冷点的位置上,最终仿真结果与实测能有比较好的对应。
An innovative method of heating distribution simulating of microwave ovens using HFSS and Workbench is proposed.Since the working frequency of a magnetron varies with the load condition,setting up simulation at center frequency of magnetron bandwidth introduces significant error in results.Therefore spectrum measurements are introduced to obtain the working frequency of the magnetron.This method is validated by measuring and simulating the microwave heating distribution according to national test standard.The results of this method showed better agreement to measured results than those without frequency varation consideration.
