摘要
本工作以苯甲酰甲酸(BF)和2-羟基-2-甲基-对羟乙基醚基苯基丙酮(2959)为原料,通过酯化反应合成了一种光引发剂BF-2959,采用紫外、红外、核磁共振、元素分析等手段对其进行了表征。研究了光引发剂BF-2959的合成条件,得到最佳实验条件:以甲苯为溶剂,反应时间6h,反应温度105℃,以甲烷磺酸为催化剂,苯甲酰甲酸与2959的物质的量投料比为1∶1.1,产率为92.1%;产物为无色透明液体,与树脂的相容性较好,紫外最大吸收峰在246.1nm处。在涂膜光固化测试中,用4%的BF-2959引发B-206聚氨脂和TMPTA单体聚合,转化率为93%。
With phenylglyoxylic acid and2959as raw materials,a novel photoinitiator(BF-2959)was synthesized by esterification,and characterized by U V,FTIR,NMR and elemental analysis.The optimized synthetic conditions of BF-2959is that phenylglyoxylic acid and2959mole ratio is1:1.1and dissolved in toluene with methanesulfonic acid as catalyst,when react at105°C for about6h,then the yield is92.1%.The product is colorless and transparent liquid,and the compatibility with resins is good.The maximum ultraviolet absorption peak is at246.1nm.In the U V coating test,the optimum dosage of BF-2959was4%,the conversion rate of the B-206polyurethane resins and TM PTA monomer polymerization was93%.
