摘要
与以往大功率高效率空间行波管不同,大功率双频段行波管的高效率覆盖了Ka和Q两个频段。本文设计了同时满足Ka波段和Q波段的高频电路,并利用三维有限元仿真软件MTSS仿真了双频段Ka波段和Q波段的高频特性。在计算注波互作用时,分析了传统螺距分布结构出现返波振荡的原因,在此基础上提出了一种可以抑制返波振荡的螺旋慢波结构,同时为改善行波管的非线性失真,在输出段的相位降低段增加了渐变结构,初步开展了双频段行波管的非线性失真研究的工作。
Different from conventional high power high efficiency space TWTs,the high efficiency dualband TWTs cover both Ka and Q bands.In this research,a high frequency circuit is designed to satisfy Ka-band and Q-band,and the high-frequency characteristics in these bands are simulated by using MTSS software.In the calculation of beam wave interaction,the reason of back wave oscillation(BWO)in traditional pitch distribution structure is analyzed.On this basis,a new pitch distribution structure is proposed to suppress the BWO.In order to improve the nonlinear distortion of TWT,agradual structure is added in the phase reduction part of the output section.Nonlinear distortion of dual-band TWTs is studied initially.
