基于基片集成脊波导的宽带漏波天线的设计与仿真 被引量:1

摘要 普通的基片集成波导缝隙阵列天线的阻抗带宽很窄,这成为了制约其应用于宽频带雷达等领域的瓶颈。考虑到脊波导的单模工作带宽较宽的特性,本文采用了加脊基片集成波导进行缝隙阵列漏波天线的设计,获得了超过13%的阻抗带宽。在此基础上,采取缝隙长度为"蝶形"分布的尺寸配置方式,以及在金属脊上覆盖金属条带的方法,设计了一种新型的基片集成脊波导宽带缝隙漏波天线。所有的仿真均使用了Ansoft HFSS软件,仿真结果表明,该漏波天线的相对阻抗带宽超过38%(8.5~12.5GHz),带内增益为14.0007dBi。天线为印刷型结构,具有剖面低、重量轻、易于集成、带宽较宽、增益较高的优点,以及漏波天线的高方向性、波束可控的固有特点,使其可以广泛应用在相应频段的通信设备中。 A narrow impedance bandwidth of the common slotted array substrate integrated waveguide antenna limits its application in broadband radars.Considering wide operation frequency bandwidth under the dominant model of ridge waveguides,ridge substrate integrated waveguide is used in slotted array leaky-wave antenna designing.By taking ' butterfly' distribution configuration for slot length,and covering a metal strip on metallized via-holes of ridge structure,a new broadband slotted array leaky-wave antenna based on ridge substrate integrated waveguide is realized which has a wide impedance bandwidth of more than 13%.The antenna is accurately simulated by using Ansoft HFSS software.The simulation results show that the relative impedance bandwidth of the antenna is more than 38%(8.5~12.5GHz),and the in-band gain is 14.0007 dBi.Fabricated through PCB process,this antenna has advantages of low profile,light weight,ease of integration,wide bandwidth,high gain,and meanwhile it has inherent characteristics including high directivity and beam steering capability,which make it suitable for communication equipment applications.
