摘要
本文采用所研制的B\C型伪火花开关,针对10μF与100μF两组不同的脉冲电容器组,分别进行了阻性负载、混合负载及纯短路放电测试。该型号开关可耐受阳极电压48kV,脉冲功率峰值可达3.09GW,单次电荷转移量约5.5C,电流上升速率可达0.99×10^(11) A/s,开关内阻小于0.001Ω,自感约为0.041μH;解决了低电压放电时反向电流截止的问题,具有优秀的短路放电与抗反向电流轰击的能力,对于各种类型负载均能很好的适配与稳定的工作,是一种较理想的高功率短路转换开关器件。
The developed B/C type pseudospark switches,according to 10 μF and 100 μF pulse capacitor groups,were carried on tests with impedance,mixed load and short circuit respectively.The developed switches have anode voltage of 48 kV,peak pulse power of 3.09 GW,single-pass transfer charge of 5.5 C,and current increasing rate of 0.99×10^(11) A/s.The resistance of the switch is less than 0.001 Ω,and the self-inductance is about 0.041 μH.The pseudospark switch is an ideal high power pulse modulator device;it solves the reverse current cut-off problem at low voltage discharge,shows excellent short circuit discharge performance and reverse current resisting ability,fits all kinds of loads well and works with good stability.
