摘要
针对传统汽车在线个性化定制服务中缺乏有效的交互,且消费者隐性需求的获取和转化研究不足等问题,研究了隐性需求的获取和转化以及产品定制特征的分析和表述,建立了产品特征与用户需求的映射模型,提出了一种基于组织符号学思想的智能交互方法,并采用黄金分割法对所提方法进行了迭代优化。最后利用汽车颜色的定制对此方法进行了测试。测试结果表明,该方法能在一定程度上提高个性化定制服务的互动性和引导性。
Aiming at the problems that the absence of taking the considerations of the effective interactivity and that of the research on the acquisition and transformation for consumers'implicit demands in traditional automotive customization services,acquisitions and transformation for implicit demands were conducted,statements and analyses for customization characteristics were researched;and the mapping model between product characteristics and customer requirements was established,a method of intelligent interaction was proposed,which was based on organizational semiotics,then this method was optimized by golden section method.In final,the proposed method was tested by using the example of the customization in automotive colors.The results indicate that the method may improve interaction and the guidance of customization service in some ways.
