摘要
运动疗法作为2型糖尿病预防和治疗的重要手段,可明显改善包括骨骼肌与脂肪在内的外周组织对胰岛素的抵抗。运动能够促进骨骼肌对葡萄糖的摄取,改善糖耐量,提高胰岛素的敏感性。运动对胰岛素抵抗和葡萄糖摄取的影响与骨骼肌中相关信号传导通路的蛋白表达与活性增强有关。研究表明,运动强度可能是影响葡萄糖代谢相关信号通路活性的主要因素,本文主要针对不同运动强度及方式对葡萄糖摄取相关信号通路的分子机制进行概述,为有效在临床上进行运动疗法奠定理论基础。
Exercise therapy,as an important means of prevention and treatment of type2diabetes,can significantly improve the insulin resistance of peripheral tissues including skeletal muscle and fat.Exercise can promote glucose uptake in skeletal muscle,improve glucose tolerance and increase insulin sensitivity.The effect of exercise on insulin resistance and glucose uptake is related to the protein expression and activity of the signal transduction pathway in skeletal muscle.Studies have showed that exercise may be the main factor affecting the related signaling pathway of glucose metabolism.This review summarizes the molecular mechanism for the uptake of glucose related signal pathway after acute and chronic exercise,hoping to contribute to effective exercise therapies in clinic.
