贵州7个紫苏品种(系)的主要性状与品质

Main Traits and Quality of Seven Perilla frutescens Varieties(Lines) in Guizhou

为紫苏新品种选育、审定与推广应用提供依据,采用区域试验方法,在贵州省6个区域试验点对7个紫苏品种(系)的主要性状与品质进行研究。结果表明:参试品种(系)均较对照(贵阳市开阳县禾丰乡农家种)增产,增幅为19.52%~62.2%;生育期较对照提早2~9.4d;参试品种(系)含油率为40.11%~49.12%,除7号外其余品系均较对照提高;亚麻酸含量为51.22%~60.62%,除8号和9号品系外,其余品种(系)均高于对照。筛选获得产量、品质及稳定性均较优良的品种(系)5号和8号及含油率表现突出的1号品系。

The main traits and quality of seven P.frutescens varieties(lines)are analyzed by the regional test with six testing sites to provide the scientific basis for breeding,examination,popularization and application of new P.frutescens varieties.Results:The yield of seven tested P.frutescens varieties(lines)is higher than CK(a local P.frutescens variety)and the increasing range is 19.52%~62.2%.The growth period of seven tested P.frutescens varieties(lines)is 2~9.4 d earlier than CK.The oil content of seven tested P.frutescens varieties(lines)is 40.11%~49.12%,higher than CK except for Qisu 7.Theα-linolenic acid content of seven tested P.frutescens varieties(lines)is 51.22%~60.62%,higher than CK except for Qisu 8 and Qisu 9.Qisu 5 and Qisu 8 both have the advantages of high yield ability,high quality and good stability but the oil content of Qisu 1 is the highest.
