贵州3年桐优树的筛选及评价

Screening and Evaluation of Vernicia fordii Plus Trees with 3 Years Old in Guizhou

为给贵州油桐产业的发展提供优良的种质资源,以2010—2012年从贵州决选出的36株3年桐优良种源为备选优树,以油桐产量为目标,根据油桐的生物学特性,选择性状相对稳定的树高、冠幅、单株产量、冠幅平方产量、平均单果重、出籽率和出仁率、含油率8个性状作为评分指标,取其均值和标准差构建综合评价体系,进行综合评分,并对36株优树采用kolmogorov-Smirnov方法进行正态检验。结果表明:36株优树总体得分呈正态分布。依照参选优树得分平均数进行单样本平均数假设检验,确定显著低于平均分数的上限值为41.61,将大于该值的参试优树定为最终优树,共22株,分值由高到低的优树是34号、24号、1号、10号、27号、28号、32号、33号、2号、21号、36号、20号、22号、23号、29号、35号、30号、8号、19号、31号、4号和26号。

The height,crown width,yield per tree,yield per crown square,average single fruit weight,seed rate,kernel rate and oil percentage of 36 alternative V.fordii plus trees with 3 years old selected from Guizhou during 2010-2012 are determined.36 alternative V.fordii plus trees with 3 years old are comprehensively evaluated by the established comprehensive evaluation system based on mean value and standard deviation of 8 traits and the normal test of 36 alternative V.fordii plus trees with 3 years old is analyzed by kolmogorov-Smirnov method to provide excellent germplasm resources for development of V.fordii industry in Guizhou.Results:The overall score of 36 alternative V.fordii plus trees with 3 years old shows normal distribution.The upper limit value with significantly lower than average score is 41.61 according to the hypothesis testing of single sample mean.22 V.fordii plus trees with more than the upper limit value are determined finally.The score of No.34> No.24> No.1> No.10> No.27>No.28 > No.32 > No.33> No.2 > No.21 > No.36 > No.20 > No.22 > No.23 > No.29 > No.35 >No.30 > No.8 > No.19 > No.31 > No.4 >No.26.
