压棒工序对烟末质量的影响

摘要 为提高烟末利用率,有效降低再造烟叶的生产成本,对比分析压棒工序对烟末的热水可溶物含量及提取率、常规化学成分及感官评吸质量的影响。结果表明:压棒过程可造成烟末少部分热水可溶物损失,对其常规化学成分影响较小,且再造烟叶样品的感官质量差异不大;烟末压棒后其浓缩液粘度急剧增高。烟末压棒后进行再造烟叶投料生产可行,但需要降低烟末压棒时切断作用产生的细小颗粒,或提高烟末棒浓缩液的纯净度,降低浓缩液粘度。 The effects of bar molding process on hot-water soluble substance content and extraction rate,conventional chemical components and sensory smoking quality of tobacco powder to enhance utilization rate of tobacco powder and reduce production cost of reconstituted tobacco effectively.Results:The bar molding process of tobacco powder can cause loss of small part of hot-water soluble substances and has less influence on conventional chemical components and no obvious difference between the reconstituted tobacco and tobacco powder.The bar molding process of tobacco powder results in rapid increase of concentrated solution's viscosity.In conclusion,the reconstituted tobacco made of tobacco powder bars by the bar molding process can be used as a raw material in cigarette production but the tiny particles produced during bar molding process of tobacco powder should be reduced or the concentrated solution's viscosity is reduced by enhancing the concentrated solution's purity of tobacco powder bars.
